Pineapple Kale elixer 

Green Smoothie


¼ cup fresh or frozen pineapple 

1/4 cup chopped green apple

1 cup chopped kale 

½ banana

1 cup liquid of choice (water, coconut water, unsweetened almond milk) 


1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smoothie reaches desired consistency. Feel free to add ice if you'd like.

2. Enjoy!
