coconut papaya refresher

Ingredients

½ large papaya (peeled, seeded and chopped)  

3/4 cup coconut kefir (you could also use coconut almond milk or regular coconut milk to make this vegan) 

½ cup crushed ice (optional) 

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smoothie reaches desired consistency. Feel free to add ice if you'd like.

2. Enjoy!
