Tropical Greek Yogurt Parfait

Healthy Fruit Yogurt


 1 cup coconut Greek Yogurt 

1 large fig (sliced)

1/4 blueberries

1/4 cup pomegranate

1/2 kiwi sliced

1 cherry

1/2 small pear sliced

optional for garnish:

raw Manuka honey drizzled



1. Place yogurt in a small bowl or mason jar for on the go

2. Top with sliced figs, kiwi, pear, pomegranate, blueberries, cherry and honey.


Tip: if you're taking this on the go, add in some lemon to keep the fruit from browning.
